FGT Twin Shower Decontamination Unit - Self Contained Version

The FGT Twin Decontamination unit is a compact design comprising of cabin dimensions of 3.6m long x 2m high x 1.8m wide. Its unique use of space allows the internal compartments to fully utilise every nook and cranny.

A twin axle unit is also available which increases the length to 4.2 metres with the benefit of a much larger clean end.

With plenty of lockers and clever under-bench storage the FGT can easily cope with the requirements of a twin shower unit.

Its LPG boiler, cleverly hidden in the spoiler, is situated behind the front panel of the clean end and has electronic ignition and easy purge system. The electrical system (lighting, sockets and NPU) are fed from a standard 13a supply or through the inboard generator which is also fuelled by an LPG fitted in the front spoiler.

The showers can be supplied by either the standard mains water or by the fitted clean water tank which pumps water via a demand self priming pump to the boiler. You can switch between mains and tank supply by simply turning one valve.

Every unit is supplied with a pumped waste water unit to quickly remove and filter the shower and dirty end water. To enable swift and easy drain down of the whole water system, which is especially important during the colder months, you simply remove the mains water supply hose or drain the water tank. All models have an improved heating system for both the cabin and the boiler.

Every unit is also fitted with a lockable tow hitch for security.

Waste Water Filtration

The CCS Waste Water system is specially designed to pump and filter contaminated water from decontamination units. The twin filter design ensures optimum cleaning efficiency down to 5 micron (with correct filters fitted). Standard filter arrangement is 25 micron for the primary filter and 5 micron for the secondary. The self priming pump is capable of removing water at a rate of 14 lires per minute.

Available in 110v or 240v this machine is constructed from robust polypropylene making it both corrosion and electrical shock proof.
